The lifetime lock, in plain English
When you subscribe, your base subscription price is contractually protected forever. We add features, you keep your number. If you cancel and return later, current public pricing applies—but as long as you stay active, we will never raise your recurring plan price to capture growth you already earned.
Certain high-volume or premium features operate on a fair pay-per-use basis so everyone pays only for what they actually consume:
- Email Campaigns — included up to your plan's monthly limit; additional sends beyond that are charged per email sent.
- Texting Campaigns — included up to your plan's monthly limit; extra messages are charged per text sent.
- Additional phone numbers — extra numbers beyond your plan's included allowance are charged as a monthly per-number fee (or one-time setup + monthly, depending on your setup).
- Mailer campaigns — included up to your plan's monthly limit; additional mail pieces or campaigns are charged per mailer sent/printed.
These usage-based charges are optional, clearly shown in your dashboard before you incur them, and never affect or increase your locked base subscription price. Your core plan stays predictable—no surprises on the recurring amount you signed up for.
